David Vasser, President & Owner, is a highly-trained home building professional and licensed contractor since 1998. In 1998, David created his own construction and consulting company, Vasser & Associates, Inc. Additionally, David was a member of the Carpenters Union from 1983 to 1998 and received his carpenter’s license in 1987. In response to the growing demand for his services in the home inspection sector, he attended the renowned Building Inspectors Career Institute (BICI) in 2004, from which he received his license as a professional home inspector. He is also a member of the prestigious National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. (NAHI) and New Jersey Association of Licensed Home Inspectors (NJ-ALPHI). This expansion has been consolidated in Vasser & Associates Home Inspections (VAHI).
